Nothing I've tried has made me feel better than Pilates. I've rehabilitated an injured shoulder, hip flexor, knee, and Achilles tendon at Aspire. Pilates has helped me correct my running form by strengthening my stabilizers, ankles, and core. Pilates is for everyone! I am 62 years old and can keep up with the younger gals in class. I've been with Cari for 7-8 years and will be forever! She is a fun friend to have, but even better she is a fantastic teacher. Never boring, always something new and she REALLY know her stuff.
