Aspire Pilates helped me regain strength and flexibility following hip surgery. Because of Pilates, I am stronger and riding (barrel racing) better.
Pilates is for everyone! I am 62 years old and can keep up with the younger gals in class. I've been with Cari for 7-8 years and will be forever! She is a fun friend to have, but even better she is a fantastic teacher. Never boring, always something new and she REALLY know her stuff. She has helped me rehab from a few mishaps, and has kept me strong! Do yourself a favor and go with Aspire for your pilates experience. You WILL NOT regret it!!
I have been training with Aspire Pilates on and off for eight years and it has truly changed my life. When the studio opened its doors in early 2009, I drove by for weeks trying to muster up the courage to jump in and try something new. I am so grateful I did! I had two very young children at home at the time and I really needed to do something just for me. Aspire not only provided exemplary training in a top-notch studio with fantastic instructors, but it also provided an atmosphere of strength, learning, empowerment, and friendship.
Nothing I've tried has made me feel better than Pilates. I've rehabilitated an injured shoulder, hip flexor, knee, and Achilles tendon at Aspire. Pilates has helped me correct my running form by strengthening my stabilizers, ankles, and core. I recommend Aspire Pilates to anyone who is dealing with the aches and pains of getting older or athletes who are suffering repetitive movement injuries. Plus, cool people work there!
Cari helped me re-hab my achilles. I can't thank her enough for that!
Five months ago I couldn't walk a block. Today I walked over a mile--half of it up a steep hill! Thanks, Aspire!
