TRX Suspension Training


Here is a great way to increase your heart rate, condition your endurance, and apply principles of Pilates stabilization to large muscle movements.  Now add your favorite music, great friends, and lots of fun during this challenging workout.  The best part is that this workout can be modified to all levels of fitness and experience.  Pick your level of each exercise and our instructor will keep your form in check with familiar Pilates cues. The TRX Suspension Training system uses your own body weight, and manipulates gravity using the leverage of various positions, to improve muscular strength and endurance.  This can create more challenge, or modify an exercise while you build strength.  Our TRX classes are specifically designed to be welcoming to all fitness levels, yet still push the most conditioning athlete.Those who are familiar with the principles of Pilates, will recognize the application of these principles throughout the TRX classes. This will make your TRX workout that much more challenging, your Pilates classes more effective, and muscle memory crossover into your other activities.
