STOTT PILATES® Mats are provided in our studio. However, for hygienic purposes, we encourage all Mat Pilates participants to consider purchasing their own STOTT PILATES® Express Mat™. These mats are available for purchase at the studio for $32.95. Additionally, having your own mat at home allows you to continue your Pilates practice at home—expediting your results. We have a large selection of STOTT PILATES® DVDs and props for purchase at our studio to supplement your Aspire Pilates workouts at home.
